The first shower is from Alison Donahue, it is a terrific example of a beach themed wedding shower.

This theme is done well, right down to the favor bags being in theme.

I included this image, in particular, because I love the little flags used on the tartlets.
The second party is from Stem Parties. Oh my. Really. Who would not looooove to have a baby shower based upon a Dr. Seuss book?

Thing 1 and Thing 2 for a baby shower for a mother that was going to have twins. Brilliant!

The colors on this party are so strong which, I believe, makes this party all that much memorable.
The final shower is a virtual baby shower from Just Jenn. Such a wonderful idea.

Jenn's friend was on bed-rest AND had friends all over the country. The solution a virtual shower. Jenn mailed boxes to 10 freinds of the mom-to-be that contained games, a label with the mom-to-be's address and a favor for the "guest".

The "games" were of the very not-lame variety...The games were as follows: "One card was a fill in the blank, 'when I'm pregant I look forward to...". The second was a traditional 'make all the baby names you can out of the parents names' card, and finally a plain old 'advice' card.

You did read above the virtual guests still received favors. The gift boxes included a pink washcloth, a bag of pink and brown maltballs, and Jenn made each girl personalized notecards, in pink in addition to "Fat Little Witch" Brownies.
